My early career was spent in Marketing and events. Whilst my family were young I set up and ran my own gardening business for fifteen years with a good friend. Alongside this I began volunteering for an incredible Guildford based charity called Halow Project who support young adults with learning disabilities and autism, which evolved to a permanent position. I ran garden sessions for the young adults within the beautiful grounds of Birtley House Nursing Home, where we also held garden workshops for the residents of the home itself. I remain passionate about what this wonderful charity does.

I love doing up properties, and have bought sold and let many times over the years, so co-founding The Home Shapers with Sue was a natural progression! My free time is often spent running around the country looking for butterflies and rare birds with my husband and Mabel our cocker spaniel, enjoying yoga (especially overlooking the beach in St Ives Cornwall) and spending time with family, including my 2 beautiful granddaughters.
